Job Description

The Leap Method is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team in a fully remote environment. The Leap Method is a niche consulting firm that implements sales strategies, sales processes, and sales training. The Leap Method uses a combination of proven techniques and focuses on growth results.What you will be doing:The Leap Method’s new Sales Assistant will be primarily responsible for assisting lead generation across various business sectors. They will be directly participating in developing and implementing plans for organizations in a wide variety of economic sectors. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Participating in the development, implementation and tracking of strategic business development plans to ensure sustainable revenue growth
  • Sourcing and connecting with potential clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities and partnership opportunities
  • Creating and executing sales campaigns for clients
  • Implementing sales strategies
  • Creating connections using LinkedIn
  • Communicating with clients to set up meetings
  • Managing documentation such as contracts, invoices, etc.
What you will bring:The Sales Assistant will be someone who is a great communicator, and a do-er - someone who is comfortable with both using technology, and assisting clients with its implementation. They will have great attention to detail, and enjoy researching and recording data.
  • Diploma or certificate in an administrative field an asset but not required
  • 3+ years’ experience in administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with using LinkedIn
  • Highly organized with the ability to self-motivate
  • Innovative and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to shift focus on a variety of tasks frequently
  • Driven and goal orientated
  • Strong interpersonal skills
