Position Title: Reliability EngineerPosition Type: Regular - Full-TimePosition Location: CarberryGrade: Grade 04Requisition ID: 24065RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Follow the McCain safety, loss prevention and environmental programs by holding themselves and all team members accountable to its tenets
• Manage or assist with multi-million dollar capital projects
• Assists Maintenance Manager with reliability analysis of new designs to determine system, asset and component reliability
• Makes specific recommendations to the Maintenance Management Team to improve machinery performance and reliability based on analysis of process and failure data
• Assist those maintaining and developing reliability KPI #39;s (% worker utilization, % schedule adherence, etc.) in conformance with McCain standards
• Direct and lead the maintenance of a record keeping system consistent with a world class reliability program
• Responsible to perform statistical analysis on machinery failure data and work order data to determine whether adjustments to the Engineered Maintenance Strategy are warranted and perform cost/benefit analysis to set correct frequency of task(s)
• Leads the Root Cause Failure Analysis effort for sporadic equipment failures and ensure failure modes addressed are appropriate
• Additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor #39;s degree or advanced degree in engineering or a relevant scientific discipline and equivalent experience
• Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) designation is an asset
• Ultrasonic, Thermography, Lubrication, and Vibration Analysis training is an asset
• 5+ years of work experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• An expert in Plant PLC Systems and Programming
• Competent Computer Skills (ex. MS Office)
• Can communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in written work
• Strong analytical skills (ex. root cause analysis and statistical analysis)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports
• Displays vision and demonstrates both personal and organizational sensitivity
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Prior experience working within SAP is a strong asset.
