​ ​ RSG International is a global leader in the road safety sector, whose business units cover all facets of road safety infrastructure, including construction and installation, new product development, product distribution, and auxiliary services.Job SummaryReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Taxamp; Treasury Manager will oversee the organization’s tax compliance, reporting, and planning functions as well as the cash management strategy and reporting. They will work closely with senior management, external advisors, and internal teams to provide strategic tax advice and support business operations and ensure the organization adheres to all tax regulations while identifying opportunities for tax optimization.Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all federal, provincial, and municipal tax returns, including corporate income tax, sales tax, and payroll taxes for companies in both Canada and the US.
• Preparation of monthly current and deferred tax provisions for individual entities and the consolidated group reporting.
• Identify opportunities for tax optimization, including credits, deductions, and deferrals.
• Advise management on tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, or new business initiatives.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.
• Lead and coordinate responses to tax audits or inquiries from tax authorities.
• Maintain thorough documentation to support tax positions and minimize risk.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external tax advisors and consultants.
• Preparation of accounts for holding companies.
• Prepare daily cash reports and weekly and monthly individual and consolidated cash forecasts
• Monitor cash movement throughout the month, reporting on variances to forecast
• Develop and implement cash strategies to support the business goals
• Other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tax management, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
• CPA designation or equivalent is required.
• Advanced education or certification in taxation (e.g., In-Depth Tax Course) is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian tax regulations, including corporate, HST, and payroll tax laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
