We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Amazon AccountAdministrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Amazon seller account, optimizing sales, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This is an in office position located in Stratford, Ontario. Responsibilities: 1. Amazon Account Management: - Monitor and manage our Amazon seller account, ensuring compliance with Amazon #39;s policies and guidelines. - Create and optimize product listings, including compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords to maximize visibility and sales. - Watch inventory levels and ensure products are in stock to meet customer demand. - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries promptly and professionally. 1. Sales Optimization: - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, enhance product rankings, and drive traffic to our Amazon store. - Analyze sales data, track key metrics, and generate regular reports to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly. 1. Customer Experience: - Focus on providing excellent customer service, addressing customer issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. - Implement customer feedback to enhance product offerings and improve overall customer satisfaction. 1. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with internal teams to coordinate activities related to Amazon sales and promotions. - Communicate effectively with Amazon Seller Support to resolve account-related issues and optimize seller performance. 1. Compliance and Policy Adherence: - Stay informed about Amazon #39;s policies, terms of service, and seller guidelines to ensure full compliance. - Monitor and manage product listings to avoid policy violations and account suspension risks. Qualifications: - Strong administrative and customer service experience and skills - Microsoft Excel skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and third-party seller tools an asset - Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities. - Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices is a plus.
