Job Description

Oxygen8, https://oxygen8.ca/ designs and manufactures ventilation solutions that provide 100% fresh, filtered outside air to building occupants. Our product lines include high-efficiency energy-recovery, MERV-13 filtration, and integration with Daikin VRV heat-pump technology for heating and cooling.Location Fresh Air Factory: 1575 Vernon Drive, Vancouver. 3 to 4 days a week in office, 1 or 2 remote. This is a one-year temporary role covering a leave of absence. The Marketing Generalist ensures the smooth operation of the marketing department, under guidance from the Marketing Director and Director of Sales. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage social media, with direction;
  • Coordinate internal and external communications;
  • Schedule training and online events;
  • Internal and external event planning, support, and execution;
  • Company give-away (swag) shipping and reordering, with support from Admin Assistant;
  • Basic website maintenance;
  • Sales and broader team support;
  • Ensure consistent company branding;
  • Product launch support;
  • Administrative tasks.
Skills and Experience:Experience in marketing coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in social media management, a basic understanding of SEO and website maintenance, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams and support event execution.
  • CRM for Email Campaigns (HubSpot experience an asset);
  • Website: WordPress and/or Elementor;
  • Graphic Design experience an asset (Adobe Creative Suite and Canva);
  • Marketing coordination;
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills;
  • Event planning an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
