When you partner with us, you #39;re at the center of a vast network of risk, insurance, employee benefits, retirement and wealth management specialists that bring clarity to a changing world with tailored solutions and unrelenting advocacy - so you #39;re ready for tomorrow.The Opportunity!The Personal Insurance Associate will be responsible for serving clients in all of their personal insurance needs; Primarily focused on sales and service of new and renewal personal line insurance products.Job Duties and Responsibilities- Sales and service of all types of Personal Insurance.- Follow through on leads assigned to the retail branchamp; generate leads for other divisions.- Contact clients on renewal and ensure policies are processed and issued accurately and in a timely manner.- Accounts receivable management.- Update client information as changes occur and provide policy and coverage advice to clients upon request or inquiry.- Ensure that all processing and administrative responsibilities are completed accurately, and that the client #39;s needs are served with an appropriate sense of urgency.- Handle and resolve client concerns in a positive proactive fashion.- Achieving sales and retention goals.- Maintaining a high level of knowledge in all our Personal Lines, systems and procedures, and competitors #39; products.- Ensure compliance with all insurance companies, Alberta Insurance Council and Privacy Act rules and regulations.- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Job Qualifications and Skills- Level 2 General Insurance License.- Demonstrated abilities in providing exceptional client service.- Strong communication skills (verbalamp; written.)- Sales initiative and drive.- Industry designation an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insuranceamp; Risk Management Diploma.)If this position sounds exciting and you think you would be a great fit, please apply with your cover letter and resume.
