The foundation is in place to build a network of 400+ locations across the US, Canada, and Australia over the next 5 years.POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a self-motivated, empathetic, and client-focused Lead Sales Consultant in our South Surrey studio to provide client education and a five-star experience through the consultative sales process. This position will report to a Regional Manager and work closely with an in-studio Laser Specialist to provide a holistic client experience.The professional we’re looking for is comfortable with repetitive tasks and finds building client relationships is the most rewarding part of their job. Working as part of a small team, they understand that it comes with a greater responsibility to be reliable and punctual. They are easy to get along with and respectful of others.Our expert marketing and contact center team provide warm leads and scheduled consultations. We also ask that you showcase excitement around community outreach to generate as much interest in our service as possible! From there, your primary responsibilities include delivering a warm, engaging consultative experience to our clients, educating on the tattoo removal process from start to finish, working in partnership with our Laser Specialists, and other administrative-related tasks required for business operations.
