Job Description

Your Opportunity:The Administrative Support IV is responsible for answering all incoming calls to the Home Care team and handling caller inquiries, mostly those of Home Care clients. Queries are answered or calls are re-directed as appropriate to different staff members within the team. This position also provides a variety of administrative duties in support of the Rural North and East Team. Due to the nature of this position, the successful candidate must demonstrate flexibility when dealing with changes in demands and priorities, be attentive to detail and have strong organizational skills as well as an ability to interact effectively and positively with a diverse group of people and work as a team member. Also required is the ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion at all times. Strong customer service skills required. Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to function with minimal direction. Must have Intermediate working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Preferred Qualifications:1 – 3 years experience in a health care setting preferred. Knowledge of PARIS, HomeFirst and ESP.
