They ensure first care in case of accidents until emergency services arrive on site.Ensure first care to employees injured while working;Advise if the injured employee needs to be referred to a doctor for additional care;Depending on the evaluation, decide if the employee can perform light duties;Manage all the paperwork related to the event;Maintain the supplies inventory;If required, assist the injured employee when transported by ambulance to the hospital;If needed, give an administrative assistance to the construction project.WHAT YOULL BRINGActive registration with Alberta College of Paramedics (ACP)Must hold a valid drivers license with clean driving recordMinimum of 1 year in emergency careExperience with customer serviceTraining in Health and Safety in construction sites (asset)Good proficiency in Microsoft Office softwareExperience in construction is an assetAbility to deal with high pressured situations with strong critical thinking skillsRecognized for discretion and listening skillsWHY JOIN BOREA`S TEAMCompetitive salaryAbove industry standard vacationGroup insurance (Health Management Account)Group RRSP with an employer contribution to a DPSPMonthly public transit subscription paid by the employerSubscription to a fitness center reimbursed 50% by the employerEmployee Assistance ProgramContinuing education offered throughout the yearYoung and dynamic environmentExcellent career opportunitiesThank you for your interest in a career at BoreaDue to the volume of applications we receive, not all applicants will be contacted.
