You will provide onsite technical support and maintenance for the Client’s IT infrastructure. We are searching for a candidate with top-notch technical knowledge and outstanding customer service skills to provide technical support including troubleshooting, installations, updates etc., as well as documenting all incidents in the ticketing system, and supporting the larger team with customer and project support.
