Napa Strathmore is locally owned, and has a combined counter experience of well over 100 years.Job DescriptionNapa Strathmore is hiring a Junior Counterperson / Relief Courier Driver. This is a fulltime position working 8 hours per day.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over- the- counter customers
  • Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
  • Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
  • Assist in picking up and dropping off freight in Calgary when necessary
Requirements:Advanced computer skills is a mustPrevious experience with part sales/ shipping receivingAutomotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledgeExceptional customer service and communication skillsValid driver’s license - with 3 years of a clean driving record (Driver Abstract required)One year of delivery/pickup experience in Strathmore and Calgary areaAble to lift 75 lbs.Join the Canadian leader in the distribution and marketing of automobile replacement parts and accessories.
