You’ll be a part of an entire organization that will never be satisfied with the status quo and will always be looking for ways to improve and be more efficient while taking care of the customer.The RoleThe Junior Technology Analyst will provide Tier 1 support to users; primarily regarding Microsoft 365 products. Support is provided in adherence to company guidelines and will be performed through various channels (telephone, email, chat, etc.). This role will be passionate, eager to help, believe in simplicity, and highly focused on excellent customer experiences.Primary Roles and ResponsibilitiesPlay a key role in Microsoft-based system rollouts and maintenance in addition to exceptional ongoing support. This includes:

  • Provide phone and in-person support to local and remote site end-users on a variety of issues
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems while tracking and monitoring the situation to ensure a timely resolution
  • Configure, personalize, and position workstations for local and remote site users. Maintain upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, install, and repair computer systems, hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Recommend and schedule repairs. Install new software releases, system upgrades and resolve software related problems
  • Adhere to IT Services Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines
  • Monitor progress against scheduled timeframes throughout the implementation
  • Ensure project deliverables are met as described in the Scope Document as it relates to IT
  • Ensure all project-related documents are maintained
  • Proactively learn and train on new releases
  • Provide system training as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications include
  • A minimum of two years current relevant experience in an IT environment
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Must have demonstrated general IT knowledge
  • Proven commitment to providing and maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player and work well with cross-departmental teams
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge and techniques
  • Commitment to regular ongoing professional development (including specific IT skills, professional associations, and current industry trends)
  • High level of professionalism and ethics
