We pride ourselves on our diverse and inclusive workplace; we are a unique workplace with unique people.WHAT WILL YOU DOResponsible for daily onsite maintenance; site upkeep and repairExecuting daily site walks; checking for cleanliness, hazards, unit count, damage repairCompleting vacancy checks, marking vacant units and reporting unauthorized move insVacant unit condition checks and upkeep prior to customer move inCollaborate with front office staff to ensure the property is operating efficientlyManaging overlocking units when instructed due to overdue rents, and removing overlocks when ledgers are clearedSupporting in the auction process when requiredSeasonal upkeep of the propertyWHAT WILL YOU NEEDHigh School DiplomaMaintenance or handyman experience requiredMust be able to lift 50lbsMust possess a valid class 5 drivers license & provide a clean driver abstractMust complete & pass a criminal record checkWHAT DO WE OFFERWe live and breathe our core values.
