We are Family Physicians and Specialists focused on patients to provide compassionate care, encourage education, and stimulate compliance.Your Opportunity As Site Lead, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationship between patients, physicians, and employees, throughout the Company. This position reports to the Administration Operations Manager.Your Mark: Ø Create a high performance culture, leading by example, within the clinic through effective hiring, on boarding, performance management and mentoring/coaching.Ø Ensure all team members are well aligned with the Key Accountabilities of their role and are meeting expectations.Ø Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent client outcomes and customer serviceØ Lead and manage the team to reach organizational goals and objectives through engagement and alignment with Company vision in focus.Ø Develop and nurture local relationships with key customers and referral sources (such as MDs, desk level WCB/LTD carriers).Ø Ensure frequent, effective and timely communication between staff and customers, and Peak ManagementØ Scan the environment for new opportunities that add revenue to current operationsØ Ensure client experience meets or exceeds expectations.Ø Ensure team has tools and strategies to understand and meet client goals and expectations.Ø Ensure clinical excellence through regular monitoring and action planning/execution on clinical outcomes and targets.Ø Execute service delivery of key metrics (intakes, Visits, Rev/Per visit).Ø Drive revenueØ Frequent reviews of scheduling efficiency, cancellation ratesØ Ensure a healthy and safe environment for clients and employees (Ensure we are abiding by recommendations from the College, and keeping current with revisions or updates, all the while adding to the on site handbook.Ø Initializing and full involvement in staff reviews/on boarding new employeesØ Acting as a liaison between Physicians and Management TeamØ Handling/organizing all time off requests, finding coverage.
