Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our campus’ across BC working out of the Surrey, BC campus.About the RoleAs a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various logistical systems, ensuring smooth operations and efficient resource utilization. This role requires proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and has the potential to lead to future advancements within the college.Rate Range: $48,000-$55,000 per annumKey Responsibilities

  • Oversee the procurement and distribution of educational materials, supplies, and equipment, including:
    • Textbooks / E-books
    • Lab Kits
    • Uniforms
    • Pop-up Labs (equipment, space rental)
  • Collaborate and assist with faculty, staff, students, and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain and update logistical records, databases, and inventory management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and institutional guidelines.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for campus events.
Qualifications
  • Certificate in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or a similar role within Education preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and logistics software.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Work Schedule
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional evening and/or weekend hours may be required with prior notice.
