Job Title: Residential CleanerPrimary Location: Surrey, BCJob status: Full-Time, PermanentPacific Cove Properties is a BC-owned and operated property management company providing rental accommodation to almost 3000 families and individuals in communities throughout British Columbia, including Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, and the Okanagan.We are looking for a passionate Residential Cleaner to join our dynamic team in Surrey, BC.   • Build positive relationships with tenants, ensuring their cleaning-related concerns are addressed quickly and professionally.
  • Keep the building sparkling clean and presentable at all times, creating a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
  • Support building maintenance by ensuring spaces are cleaned promptly after repair work.
  • Take charge of seasonal cleaning tasks, such as light gardening, snow removal, salting pathways, and cleaning exteriors around entrances.
  • Handle move-in and move-out cleaning to ensure a seamless experience for new and departing tenants.
  • Respond to after-hours cleaning or building emergencies, ensuring tenant satisfaction and safety.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is needed, ensuring you #39;re always equipped to do your best work.
  • Collaborate with other on-site staff and maintenance personnel to ensure overall building cleanliness and upkeep standards are met.
