You’ll provide personalized consultations, expert product recommendations, and exceptional service to turn their vision into reality.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs.
• Offer tailored advice on window coverings, including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery.
• Present product samples, provide accurate measurements, and deliver detailed quotes.
• Build lasting relationships by ensuring client satisfaction from initial consultation to final installation.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends and product offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through exceptional service and expertise.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in window coverings, design, or home improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with measurements and product specifications.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
• A passion for home décor and interior design is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
