In this role you will be responsible for the daily operation of our programs including maintaining standards, ensuring a safe and clean environment, parent relations, ensuring the safety and care of children at our programs, and implementing a variety of fun and engaging activities.The person we are looking for: -Appreciates children, treats them with respect and enjoys being with them. Previous childcare experience (after school program, babysitting, coaching, etc.) is considered an asset for this position.-Would be described by your friends as a leader. You take responsibility to assure things are done appropriately. You can express yourself well and are able to address parents and their concerns intelligently and graciously.-Can handle random days and varying tasks. You are not phased when things do not go according to plan. You quickly respond to the situation at hand and handle it with a smile.- Is able to work from 1:30-5:30 on Mondays through Fridays - all year long.
