Go-Go After School is hiring Program Leaders for our Sussex area after school programs!We are proud to offer a fun & educational After School Program that services hundreds of children in the Sussex area between the ages of 5 - 12 years old. We take pride in ensuring our programs keep kids active - both physically and mentally; allow them the opportunity to discover and explore their own interest; all within a safe, enthusiastic and upbeat environment. That’s why finding the right people to join our team is so important to us. Our After School Program Leaders are a critical part of our success. In this role you will be responsible for the daily operation of our programs including maintaining standards, ensuring a safe and clean environment, parent relations, ensuring the safety and care of children at our programs, and implementing a variety of fun and engaging activities. If you are energetic, confident and quick thinking and our dynamic work environment inspires you, this could be a wonderful opportunity for us both.The person we are looking for: Appreciates children, treats them with respect and enjoys being with them. Previous childcare experience (after school program, babysitting, coaching, etc.) is considered an asset for this position.Would be described by your friends as a leader. You take responsibility to ensure things are done appropriately. You can express yourself well and are able to address parents and their concerns intelligently and graciously.Can handle random days and varying tasks. You are not phased when things do not go according to plan. You quickly respond to the situation at hand and handle it with a smile.Is available to work from 1:30-5:30 on weekdays during the school year.
