Job Description

We are looking for a candidate that will be responsible for maintenance and operations of all Sussex KOA and Sussex Drive In.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including daily cleaning of all equipment and facilities.
  • Perform property maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and other related task, general landscaping
  • Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
  • General landscaping skills, operate, push, and ride lawn mowers, operate grass trimmers
· Maintain grounds, ensuring they are kept clean and free of obstacles, dangers and/or debris.
  • Perform external grounds upkeep around buildings and throughout properties, including garbage removal, landscape work, and other related tasks.
  • Perform regular checks at the properties for damage, safety-concerns, vandalism and graffiti, repairing and removing as needed
  • Operate power tools in a safe manner, such as chain saws, and construction tools equipment.
  • Co-operate and accept other assignments as and when required
  • Checking Pool Chemistry and adjusting levels if necessary
  • Vacuuming/ skimming pool & and cleaning waterline
You are a team player & support other staff but able to work alone with a minimum of supervision; you are physically fit and able to perform all duties, both inside and outside.   • 8 hour shift

  • You must have experience operating a tractor, chain saw, wood splitter, thinning saw, wood chipper. Must have experience in basic electrical that you could change an electrical plug. Must have basic carpentry experience. Basic plumbing experience that you could change a water hose tap.
