This position is designed for an organized, detail-oriented individual eager to contribute to the seamless operation of our client #39;s services in a dynamic environment. By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission of creating sustainable employment opportunities, particularly within Indigenous communities across Canada.Location: Position available for immediate start with one of our prestigious clients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain service records, databases, and client correspondence with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to the service team, including document preparation, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely, courteous responses.
  • Assist in billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
  • Support the service team in achieving operational goals and maintaining high-quality standards.
