GrizzlyTrek, a pioneering force in Technicalamp; Indigenous Staffing Solutions, is on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Small AG Equipment Service Technician. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who excel in mechanical repairs and are enthusiastic about providing exceptional service to the agricultural sector. Specify your preferred location upon application.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed maintenance, diagnostic procedures, and repairs on a wide range of small agricultural equipment, including but not limited to tractors, harvesters, and planting machinery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding the unique needs of each client and offering tailored solutions that enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
  • Keep accurate and comprehensive service records, documenting all repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to offer technical advice and support to customers, aiding in the selection of suitable equipment and accessories.
  • Stay current with emerging agricultural technologies and equipment to continually provide knowledgeable service and advice.
  • Adhere strictly to safety standards and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues, and our clients.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as a Service Technician specializing in agricultural equipment, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • A technical certification or diploma in a related field is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing efficient and effective repair solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver superior customer service.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required to client sites.
