Job Description

Hallamp; Prior is a private organisation operating in the ACT, Western Australia and New South Wales that specialises in residential aged care. We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer to join our NSW finance team, located in Lane Cove, on a full-time basis. Reporting to our NSW Financial Controller, you will be stepping into a supportive and high-performing team making a real difference in the aged care sector. About the roleThis role we see you supporting account management and processing of supplier invoices, monitoring daily cash and reconciliations; while also liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, financial controllers and home teams. You will manage:

  • Daily cash receipts
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Petty cash distribution
  • Weekly payments
What you’ll bring
  • Strong competency managing different and payments
  • Aptitude for figures
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and association registration
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
  • National Police Clearance (obtained in last six months)
  • Evidence of 2025 Influenza vaccination (or be willing to obtain)
