Jump in and make every interaction count!Location: 80 Sydney Port Access Rd (B1P 7H9)Roles Details:- Hourly Wage: starting at$18.00/ hour + vacation pay- Start Date: November 30th- Job Status: Part time- Total Hours: various range of part time hours between (12-18/WEEK)Schedule:- Saturdays and Sundays from 12 PM - 6PM- Possible weekday shifts on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays in the futureKey Responsibilities:- Product Demonstrations: Organize and conduct in-store sampling events highlighting featured products.- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers, providing product information and encouraging purchases.- Product Knowledge: Understand the brands and products to communicate their benefits effectively.- Setup and Cleanup: Organize product displays and follow food safety protocols.- Sales Support: Direct interested customers to the correct aisles for purchases.- Compliance: Follow company and store guidelines, ensuring demonstrations meet safety standards.Qualifications:- Have or open to obtaining a Food Handlers Certification (FHC)- Strong communication and customer service skills- Organizational skills and attention to detail- Sales-driven with a proactive approach to promoting products- Positive, Energetic, Lively and Charismatic- Previous retail, promotions, or customer service experience is preferred (training provided)- Previous hands-on experience in brand marketing and customer engagement would be an asset- Problem Solving ability in a fast-paced environmentWork Environment:- In-store work during peak shopping hours (evenings and weekends)- Branded uniforms will be provided- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsAbout Brand Momentum:Brand Momentum is a nationally integrated leader in Sales, Marketing, and Retail, with headquarters in Toronto.
