Job Description

Lifestyle Personal Support Services hiring an Administrative Assistant (Temporary (3 months), Part-time)Hours of work (8-10 per week) are flexible but will mainly be daytime, weekday hours.Immediate start! You will:-have great organizational and time management skills-have excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills-have a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace-have knowledge of creating and editing short instructional videos-previous legal administrative assistant experience preferred, but not requiredTasks:-Preparing and editing documents-Creating documents on various online platforms-Assist in creating and editing instructional videos-Making calls and arranging meetings (including virtual meetings)-Managing schedulesPublic transportation is not available to work location.Please provide your resume, availability and let us know why you would be a great candidate for this role.Job Types: Part-time, CasualPart-time hours: 8-10 per weekSalary: $20.00 per hourBenefits:
