Our award-winning seating solutions are developed from consumer research, finding the ease of operation to be comfortable, convenient and connected.Role SummaryAssembles front and rear seat complete as well as sub assemblies by performing a variety of tasks with safety, quality and productivity priorities in a team-oriented atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Using various types of hand tools and fixtures to assemble RU front and rear seats Clean Work Area Do tear downs as required Repairs as required Restock work areas Ability to assemble all other products manufactured by Integram Windsor Seating Follow rotation schedule where provided Inform Supervisor Team Leader of all stock shortafes , quality and downtime issues. Follow ODS Follow all TS 16949 procedures Identify all non-conforming product Scan all product where applicable USE proper FIFO for all product Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and to the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Report all safety hazzards whick coould indanger oneself or another worker. Participate in all safety training conducted by the company. Other duties as assigned . Key Qualifications/RequirementsAbility to follow oral instructions. Prior experience in a production environment and use of hand tools. Worker reaches full productivity after short on the job training period. Must be able to work rapidly and still remain calm. Ability to stand, bend, lift for extended periods. Grade 12 or equivalent and training.
