The successful candidate will provide assistance to the Health and Safety Coordinator. The selected candidate will assist with scheduling and coordinating training. This job may require weekend work as well as various shift times.Main Responsibilities:Demonstrate an absolute commitment to safetySetup and coordinate training for siteHandling and sorting of administrative paperworkRunning reports to assist with Health and Safety KPI’sHelp facilitate the WSIB processKeep training matrix up to dateHelp to maintain safety boards located around siteOther duties as assignedQualifications:Currently pursuing a college or university degree in Business or Human Resources/Health and SafetyMust be well organized and have the ability to simultaneously manage a variety of tasks and prioritiesMust be detail-orientedAbility to compile, analyze, and interpret dataHigh level of proficiency in Excel and Microsoft productsAble to complete work within specified timelinesAbility to work independentlyAbility to work flexible hours in a seven day a week operation.
