Reporting to the Labelling Team Lead, you will benefit from the skills and knowledge of an experienced labelling team who are committed to continuous improvement. The successful incumbent will monitor and facilitate the continuous operation of the machinery for the Labeller. Along with this, you will be responsible for recording clerical and food safety documents depending on what product is being run.Main Responsibilities:Running cans of various sizes through the label machineEnsuring the correct label is applied to the cans adhering to quality standardsUnderstanding how to successfully correct any quality deficienciesKeep the label machine supplied with glue and labels in a timely mannerControl the speed of the machine to match the rest of the line or determine a max speedUnderstand how to successfully complete a changeover of the label machine from one can size to anotherSupply trays and glue as needed for the tray makerUnderstand the glue timer and how to adjustUnderstand how to change from one tray size to another and make adjustments when issues ariseUnderstand how to set up the ADR 50 to achieve vacuum rejects for each can specificationUnderstand the various can codes and ensuring the proper can code is used for each runVarious documentation that is needed to be completed on a daily basisQualifications:High School education requiredFood processing background is considered an assetNeed to be detail orientedAbility to work at heights and in confined spacesStrong mechanical aptitude is necessaryProven ability to work effectively as a teamMust be willing to work the day or afternoon shiftAlthough all job applications are taken into consideration, only the selected candidates will be contacted.Bonduelle is committed to Diversity and Inclusion and aims to create a healthy, accessible and rewarding work environment which highlights employees’ unique contributions to our company’s success.As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome applications from all represented groups in order to build a diverse workforce which reflects the diversity of our customers, and communities, in which we live and depend on.The masculine is used without discrimination and only to lighten the text.
