Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager and working within established quality assurance guidelines in the bulk process, the incumbent is responsible for monitoring bulk defects and reporting findings to key parties in a timely fashion.Main Responsibilities:Perform defect checks on all incoming bulk cropsCommunicate findings with Bulk QC in timely manner to allow for correction and follow upCollect all relevant paperwork from previous shiftAssist in laboratory sampling as directed by bulk QCCollect all required samples and complete paperworkPerform temperature checks for bulk totesClean lab, wash buckets, trays, pots as neededGather tote cards when dumping product into the blancher roomAssist Bulk QC in tasks as necessaryQualifications:Must be capable of speaking, reading, and writing English at a Level 3 requirementYou are able to work in a temperate and / or refrigerated environmentYou are able to work 12 hour shifts and follow a continental scheduleProven ability to work effectively as a teamMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legsAbility to lift in excess of 23 kilograms/50 pounds considered an assetMust be able to do inspection of vegetable products as well as be near vibrations for long periods of timeMust provide your own CSA approved Steel Toe BootsAt Bonduelle, diversity is a treasure that we nurture!We inspire the transition toward a plant-based diet to contribute to people’s well-being and planet health.Join us!
