If you require an accommodation at any point of the recruitment process, please let us know and we will be sure to assist and accommodate as necessary.Territory Manager will be responsible for achievement of sales volume, distribution targets and maximizing inventory turns for brands in the portfolio. The candidate also is responsible for educating Retail store owners, managers, staff and consumers on all Vanguard cannabis brands. The candidate should understand how to build relationships to engage and educate staff as an ambassador of the brands. The candidate will be based out of Southwestern, Ontario, ideally in either the Windsor/Essex County or London regionsThis is a fulltime permanent positionQualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of Territory Sales Management or Brand Ambassador roles. Experience in the Cannabis industry is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Education/Training: University or College Graduate
  • Valid Driver’s license required and access to a vehicle in good working condition
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building and managing relationships through multiple communication mediums.
  • Experienced with software packages including Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or another CRM tool)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours with some travel

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy and Management
  • Achieve sales, distribution, and market share objectives within assigned accounts
  • Lead and organize brand training programs with retailers/budtenders
  • Act as brand ambassador for the portfolio with both retailers and consumers
  • Utilize CRM software to keep accurate records for contact management and use best practices for route planning, call frequency and tracking performance against objectives
  • Leverage marketing presentations and tools, and use effective selling techniques to introduce products, features and benefits and educate store staff
  • Execute and activate pre-arranged merchandising and/or promotional programs for retail cannabis[JMS2] stores
  • Takes initiative to build custom strategies and tactics to create improved ROS and Distribution within the Retail stores and the communities they reside in
