Shared accommodation available for candidates that meet our eligibility criteria.As a Baker you will:

  • Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relaisamp; Chateaux, AAA 4amp; 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards.
  • Be passionate about their craft, love food, love fresh ingredients!
  • Be detail orientated.
  • Thrive in a multi-tasking, fast paced working environment.
  • Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and more.
  • Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure timely and consistent output.
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
  • Operate and maintain baking equipment and tools.
  • Ensure all baked goods meet our quality standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and products.
