We aim to be socially and environmentally conscious by providing very competitive salary structures, by building meaningful careers, while concurrently stewarding the environment.What is this position aboutOur adventure tour guides primary goal is to ensure the safety of our each of our guests while providing memorable and transformative educational experiences on the waters of Clayoquot Sound. Our guides are conservation minded educators, familiar with the local shoreline and its hazards. Candidates should have previous experience safely operating small commercial motor-vessels in variable weather and sea conditions. Guides are expected to have a thorough knowledge of local ecology, indigenous and migratory wildlife common to our region, a grasp of local First Nation’s history, and the ability to share their knowledge passionately with our guests.
