It is that time of year again!We are looking for Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team for the 2023 camping season!Come work & live on the beaches of Tofino!End of contract bonus & subsidized staff accommodation available.*Contract ends November 16, 2023*Required Qualifications: - Must be 18+ years to apply- Previous experience with guest relations or customer service- Organized and punctual in a front desk setting- Strong oral and written communication skills- Proficient in typing, grammar, e-mails- Patient with repetitive tasks- Problem solving and critical thinking at a busy reception- Friendly and approachable personalityDaily Responsibilities: - Ceating reservations over the phone- Responding to guest inquiries via email- Processing online bookings- Helping guests to check-in at the front desk- Retail sales- Campground walk-arounds- Light cleaning duties in the office and washrooms- Assist guests with booking excursions, dinner reservations, etc.Contract extensions further into 2023/2024 welcome!Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal, Fixed term contractContract length: 8 monthsSalary: $15.65 per hourBenefits:
