Reporting to the Resort’s General Manager, the Guest Services Manager is responsible for all Guest Services/Front Office operations, including training and supervision of the Guest Services team. As a department head, the Guest Services Manager will strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department, while working with other managers and staff to successfully execute all front office operations.The ideal candidate will have prior managerial experience in a hotel/resort environment. Wage will be commensurate with experience.Unfortunately, staff housing is not currently available for this position.
