Moreover, we truly believe it is a privilege to serve Canada’s seniors, ensuring they live fulfilling lives with the utmost comfort, dignity and respect.Key Responsibilities:Partner with stakeholders to ensure business and technology outcomes can be achieved through a common understanding of the goals/objectives of the project.Manage single stream projects. which may be part of a program managed by a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to establish and align on scope, plan and key milestones.Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to define assumptions, risks, dependencies and constraints.Plans and manages the delivery of scope Forecast, monitor and control costs so the project is completed within the approved budget.Ensure materials that are needed during the project are procured and managed with vendors and suppliers for successful completion of the projectEnsure quality measures are planned into each deliverable to ensure the project will satisfy the needs for which it was undertaken.Coordinates with business and technology for resource needs for the projectEnsure there is appropriate project communication both horizontally and vertically.Ensure accurate and timely communication of project health and status of deliverablesGenerate monthly reports using the PPM tool (Eclipse)Support the administration of the Eclipse PPM toolPerform other duties as requiredWhat you need to know:Sienna Senior is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members and residents feel like they belong.
