Job Description

Job DescriptionBlend360 is seeking an energetic and experienced Account Supervisor to join our team. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for supporting account management activities inclusive of managing small relationships and providing support to senior client leaders overseeing larger client relationships. The role includes being responsible for maintaining project and account documentation and ensuring good knowledge management practices. The Account Supervisor will maintain operational information in management systems as well as play a role in resourceamp; contract management, making updates to account decks, meeting scheduling and related communications, managing account play deadlines, and driving tasks to completion in a matrixed environment. Candidates should show strong curiosity and a passion for or interest in data science and enabling techniques, tools, and technologies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage small relationships, serving as one of the primary points of contact for clients and supporting account lead in ensuring client needs are met.
  • Provide support to senior client leaders overseeing larger client relationships, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute client strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Help monitor project timelines and resource utilization, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, identifying areas for process improvement and proactively recommending solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, strategy, and analytics, to develop and deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of presentations, develop skillset in identifying opportunities for account growth and upsell.
