Job Description

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience leading and conducting business analysis for business projects to assess clients #39; business problems or opportunities.
  • Experience developing business cases from start to finish.
  • Experience in Agile methodology, including roles such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience on large and medium-sized projects as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and standards.
Experience:
  • Developing strategies, preparing business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and conducting feasibility studies.
  • Conducting requirements gathering sessions, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Using Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools to document conceptual requirements and scope.
  • Leading Agile teams, mentoring and coaching for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide leadership across business analysis, project outcomes, and teams of business analysts.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements through interaction with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Prepare and advise on business analysis policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams, the Product Owner, and stakeholders.
  • Candidateage and groom product backlog based on user needs and prioritization.
  • Lead presentations and demonstrations for solution design and stakeholder consultation.
  • Create and review user flows and user stories to ensure consistency with the overall product vision.
  • Support Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Architecture, and Technical teams to maintain standards.
  • Conduct discovery, cost-benefit analysis, and prototyping for solutions.
  • Identify gaps and improvements for enhanced process flows and customer experience journeys.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report to management and stakeholders.
Should Have:
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile I amp;IT methods and techniques.
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
  • Experience mentoring teams and facilitating Agile practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Skills:
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate business and data requirements into technology solution specifications.
  • Knowledge of business process mapping and modeling techniques.
Qualification and Education:
  • Certifications in project methodology (Agile, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or related field.
