Job Description

Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration
  • 5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc
  • 5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
  • Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Grants Candidateagement would be an asset.
General Skills:
  • Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level.
  • Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications.

XXrable Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications.
  • Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Candidateagement principles, concepts, policies and practices.
  • Experience with middleware and gateways.
  • Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging.
  • Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues.
  • Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team.
  • Ability to provide user and system documentation as required.
Additional Skills for Oracle Software Developer:
  • Experience in conducting impact assessments on Oracle E-Business application customizations and extensions.
  • Strong conversion experience in Account Receivable Collection modules
  • Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts and Oracle Data Integrator
  • Proved business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and Inventory Modules of Oracle E-Business
  • Great knowledge of Oracle E-Business table structure related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV and FND
  • Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and using partition tables
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of data warehouse, ETL methodologies and OBIEE
  • Demonstrated work experience on Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) will be a great asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and leadership abilities to be able to oversee the quality assurance of the project from technical perspective
Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
  • Siebel Development Skills - 40 %
  • 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration
  • 5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc
  • 5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
  • 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 with a focus on configuring / developing.
  • Experience with Assignment Candidateager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
  • Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
  • Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
  • Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
  • Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
  • Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)
  • Experience with configuring Siebel migration application
  • Experience with administering the Siebel Approval Candidateager
Report Development Skills - 35%:
  • Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development
  • Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Candidateet, JQuery and JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Candidateifest File and Mapping files
Soft Skills- 20%:
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams. Demonstrated ability to participate in a large teams and work closely with other individual team members.
  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive time lines, and be adaptive to change.
  • Displays problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems.
Public sector Experience- 5%:
  • Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Candidateagement, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Candidateagement, Marketing, Resource Candidateager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset.
  • Experience with Grants Candidateagement would be an asset.
