Job DescriptionThe Associate will be expected to independently lead themselvesamp; assist the team in providing quality support for the event life-cycle management of both voluntaryamp; mandatory market events as well as provide ad hoc asset servicing expertise in areas such as: withholding tax reclaims, off-marketamp; pre-IPO deal closings, class actions and proxy voting.In addition, the Associate will be expected to assist in the team’s pursuit of a best-in-class operating model. The role will require interaction with various investment professionals and custodians and superior time-management skills. Additionally, the team supports off-market (i.e. private to public, lock-ups, etc.) transactionsamp; provides annual proxy season support.
