Job Description

We are looking for motivated, hard-working Business Management In Training who want to immerse themselves in our culture of positivity and excitement. We are Toronto #39;s leading Business Development and Sales firm and we are looking for our next powerhouse team member to join our team as a Business Management In Training. As a Business Management In Training Representative, you will have the opportunity to advance into a Senior Management role. Your training will encompass direct sales and customer service, team development and management, client relationship management, and performance reporting and analytics. This is an entry level position and does require one to execute and master direct, field sales and customer service. You Will Learn:

Responsibilities:
  • Execute and master in-person sales and customer service on behalf of an assigned product/service campaign
  • Communicate directly with prospective buyers, determine their need, and provide recommendations designed to fulfill both their wants and needs
  • Become an expert in the client and product knowledge to establish a genuine relationship and generate trust with prospective buyers
  • Provide customer service and sales training to new employees and deliver regular feedback and performance improvement reports
  • Develop new business and maintain current relationships to increase customer retainment
  • Shadow senior management to develop proper sales techniques, problem-solving skills, and conflict management abilities
  • Other duties included, but not limited to compliance management, human resources, brand management, and accounting

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in communications, business management, entrepreneurship or communications is highly regarded
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Experience in a leadership type role and working in a team-oriented environment
