Job Description

We are excited to expand our Client Care team and are looking for a part-time Client Care Coordinator at our King location!The Client Care Coordinator plays a key role in creating the elevated experience for our clients by building relationships to individualize our services, optimize bookings through careful management of our systems, thoughtfully working through all situations with exceptional communication, and bringing welcoming vibes to everyone we connect with.The ideal candidate is someone who would like to continue their career growth in management or aesthetics, takes initiatives to grow and develop in their role and within the company, has at least 3 years in an elevated customer service environment, is computer savvy, creative and passionate about empowering others to feel their best.Core Competencies required for this role:

  • Meticulous Understanding of Processes: Demonstrates a thorough and accurate grasp of booking and client management processes.
  • Detail-Oriented: Maintains high standards when managing client interactions and bookings. Providing an experience that meets client needs and North’s standards.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Clearly articulates information, listens actively, and effectively addresses client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Team Collaboration: Works effectively with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that strengthens the brand and client experience.
  • Commitment to Continuous Learning: Actively seeks opportunities for skill development and incorporates new knowledge into daily work to improve client care quality.
