Job Description

Ace Management Group is a Promotional Advertising and Business Development Company located in the heart of North York. Our teams main priority is to create more demand for our clients’ products and services. We use a strategic, data-driven approach to develop a memorable brand experience for our clients’ target audience. We take the time to understand the needs of our clients, so that we can carefully curate their story to deliver a compelling narrative that will resonate with their customers. Building a rapport with customers and clients is at the core of our methodology. Using this refined formula has allowed us to achieve substantial growth for our clients and our company. We are currently looking to hire a Client Sales Specialist in order to keep up with the demands of our client. Your main focus as a Client Sales Specialist will be to connect with our clients audience in order to promote their brand, products and services and leave a lasting impression. Experience has taught us that by creating live campaigns to establish face-to-face connections with the buyers produces the most impressive results. Our managers and staff will begin training immediately with the new hire, in order to ensure they understand their position thoroughly. Responsibilities:

  • Drive brand awareness through live campaigns, interacting with customers to promote comprehensive knowledge of our clients #39; products
  • Attend daily meetings to understand and stay current on all things related to the products, services and pricing offered by our clients
  • Manage end-to-end all sales, customer service and client relations tasks
  • Build a rapport with customers to ensure you can offer them the most personalized service solution
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers
  • Define a strong brand image for our clients ultimately resulting in achieving sales targets to ensure our clients’ success
  • Undergo comprehensive training to enhance your communication and promotional sales skills when interacting with customers
  • Represent our client with enthusiasm and knowledge to create a positive and memorable brand experience
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years experience in sales, retail, customer service, or the restaurant industry
  • Must be available for full time hours
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, clear and engaging communication skills
  • Positive attitude with lots of energy, self-motivation, personal integrity and an entrepreneurial flair
  • Well developed problem solving skills
  • Able to start within 1 to 2 weeks
  • Regular access to a vehicle is preferred
