Full job descriptionJob SummaryAs a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships by providing financial advice and promoting banking products and services.Duties- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services- Open new accounts, process transactions, and resolve customer inquiries- Educate customers on digital banking options and self-service tools- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets- Conduct outbound sales activities to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationshipsRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site/remote role for a Commercial Relationship Banker. The role involves managing and enhancing client relationships, recommending and selling appropriate products and services, and analyzing financial information to assess the needs of clients.Qualifications
  • (Preferred) MUST be a current commercial banker or a branch manager at one of the 5 major banks in Canada
  • Must be experienced in all cash managements services offered by a bank
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide appropriate recommendations
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry
  • Experience in client relationship management and sales
  • Certifications in Banking or Financial Services is a plus
Job Type: Full-timePay: $160,000.00-$240,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
