The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and service to customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions. You will act as the first point of contact, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, requests and monetary documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify and assess customers #39; needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues or trends.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor #39;s degree is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of company products and services.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Excellent time management skills
