Key Responsibilities: The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and drive our digital marketing initiatives. This person will play a critical part in supporting HRPA’s marketing strategy, driving business growth, and enhancing member engagement. They will develop, execute, and optimize data-driven digital campaigns and drive demand generation. Success in this role will require the ability to apply your deep understanding of performance marketing and exceptional analytical skills to the unique challenges of marketing our products and services in this period of dynamic change in the workforce and the role of HR. .Campaign Strategyamp; Execution: Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, PPC, email, and content marketing. Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, automation, and database segmentation to enhance effectiveness.Data Insightsamp; Optimization: Analyze marketing performance metrics to track ROI, identify trends, and refine strategies. Leverage predictive analytics and AI-driven tools to personalize experiences, optimize lead generation, and improve member retention.Content Developmentamp; Channel Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging digital content across HRPA’s website, email, and social media channels. Stay current with industry trends and emerging platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.Collaborationamp; Stakeholder Engagement: Work cross-functionally with Membership, Events, and Business Development teams to align digital marketing initiatives with business priorities. Manage external vendor relationships to maximize marketing impact and efficiency. Qualifications We’re Excited About:Location: Toronto, hybrid (in-office 2-days per week)Target Salary Range: $92,000 - $110,000Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience:

  • 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing, email marketing, and multi-channel strategies (e.g., SEO/SEM, social, webinars, display).
Skillsamp; Capabilities:
  • Exceptional analytical skills and data manipulation capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot) and database administration.
  • Advanced expertise in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with website personalization tools and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and project management skills.
