We are committed to providing a supportive and motivating environment where our community can achieve their goals.****We are looking for a passionate and energetic Hot HIIT Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and experience in teaching high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in a heated environment. As a Hot HIIT Pilates Instructor at Seven, you will lead dynamic and challenging classes that combine the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the cardiovascular intensity of HIIT, all while utilizing the power of heat to enhance the workout experience.**Responsibilities:**- Lead engaging and high-energy Hot HIIT Pilates classes that are suitable for all fitness levels.- Design and deliver classes that focus on core strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall body conditioning.- Provide clear instructions, demonstrations, and modifications to ensure the safety and success of all participants.- Create a motivating and positive atmosphere that encourages participants to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.- Monitor participants #39; form and provide hands-on adjustments as needed to ensure proper alignment and technique.- Stay current with fitness trends and continue to develop your expertise in Pilates, HIIT, and related disciplines.- Assist with studio operations and participate in special events or workshops as needed.**Qualifications:**- Certified Pilates Instructor with additional certification or experience in teaching HIIT (preferably in a heated environment).- Minimum of 1 year of experience leading group fitness classes, with a focus on Pilates and HIIT.
