Job Description

This is a remote position.**Canadian Residents Only** Candidates need to be able to obtain Canadian Reliability clearance (Canadian Citizen or 5+ year perm resident)OverviewOur Client is seeking an experienced IFS Functional Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain Management. In this role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of IFS modules related to inventory, warehouse, procurement, and supply chain planning to help clients optimize their supply chain processes. You will work closely with clients to design, configure, and implement unique solutions tailored to their specific business needs.This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in IFS Supply Chain modules and a passion for delivering impactful ERP solutions that drive operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesIFS Supply Chain Expertise:

  • Provide in-depth functional expertise in key IFS modules, including Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, and Supply Chain Planning.
  • Design and configure IFS solutions that align with client-specific supply chain requirements, including inventory optimization, warehouse management, and procurement processes
Client Engagement:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and supply chain challenges.
  • Develop tailored solutions using IFS functionality to address client-specific needs and improve operational efficiency.
Solution Designamp; Configuration:
  • Configure and implement supply chain modules within IFS, including setting up inventory management structures, warehouse layouts, procurement workflows, and planning tools.
  • Assist clients in optimizing supply chain processes through effective use of IFS capabilities.
Project Delivery:
  • Support the implementation of IFS Supply Chain modules as part of broader ERP projects, including process design, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Ensure successful delivery of configurations and solutions within project timelines and budgets.
Training and Support:
  • Deliver training sessions to client teams to ensure effective use of IFS Supply Chain modules.
  • Provide post-implementation support to resolve issues and fine-tune solutions as needed.
Skillsamp; QualificationsMust Haves:
  1. 3+ Years as a Supply Chain / Warehouse Functional Consultant on Implementation / Upgrade or large IFS Optimization projects
  2. Expert understanding of general Supply Chain processes within medium to large organizations mainly in the following end-to-end processes: Plan-to-Produce, Forecast-to-Stock, Procure-to-Pay, Warehouse and Inventory Management
  3. Skilled with Configuring Basic Data within IFS modules
Professional Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a functional consultant in ERP systems, with a focus on IFS Supply Chain modules.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, warehouse operations, procurement, and planning.
  • Proven track record of configuring and implementing IFS Supply Chain modules in real-world scenarios.
Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of IFS functionality related to Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, and Supply Chain Planning modules.
  • Ability to configure and optimize workflows, basic data, and processes within these modules.
Supply Chain Knowledge:
  • Solid understanding of supply chain best practices, challenges, and strategies for medium to large organizations.
  • Experience with inventory optimization, warehouse layouts, procurement cycles, and planning processes is essential.
Consulting Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design practical ERP solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.
Project Collaboration:
  • Experience working in cross-functional project teams, including technical consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment.
