Join the Team that is Redefining Architectural InnovationEventscape is looking for our next Installation Site Foreman. This critical role supervises our projects on the front lines, seeing them through the final stage—installation. The Installation Site Foreman will supervise construction trades and may be hands-on with installs. As travel is a mandatory requirement of this role, the Installation Site Foreman must ensure they can travel without restrictions locally and internationally and are responsible for maintaining their travel documents.This position will be primarily remote/on site but will be required to report to our Toronto office. We build things others can #39;t.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Installation Site Foreman role will:

  • Install our interior and exterior prefabricated products.
  • Travel globally for installations, sometimes at short notice.
  • Supervise construction staff, contractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure on-time completion while enforcing safety standards.
  • Resolve problems and coordinate activities through collaboration and communication.
  • Evaluate methods for fabrication and installation.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and complete reporting.
  • Represent the company on site to our clients.
  • Assist in-house fabrication teams when not on site, lending input from an installation perspective.
  • Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, specifications, or sample parts.
  • Determine project requirements and procedures, including required materials and workers.
  • Travel locally, provincially, and internationally as needed.
  • Maintain a no-restriction travel status and proactively prevent travel document expiration.
ABOUT YOU
  • Experience supervising both union and non-union subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of construction tracking and scheduling software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
  • Expertise with common construction tools and equipment.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints / drawings.
  • Experience with finish carpentry and/or metal fabrication.
  • 5+ years of site management in the construction industry.
  • Education in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience).
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • A valid passport and the ability to obtain work visas if required.
  • The ability to travel without restrictions (local, provincial, and international).
