The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for driving the business analysis function for a large-scale Dynamics 365 implementation project with a strong emphasis on API integrations.
The role includes leading a team of Business Analysts, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical execution.

Responsibilities:

Lead the business analysis workstream for the D365 and API implementation.
Define and enforce standards for requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with senior stakeholders.
Oversee the development of user stories, process models, and integration specifications.
CollaboXX with architects and developers to validate technical feasibility.
Candidateage and mentor a team of Business Analysts.
Ensure requirements traceability through development, testing, and deployment.
Support project planning, risk management, and change control activities.

Should have:

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in business process modeling, data flow diagrams, and system integration.
Experience with Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Qualification And Education:

Experience:

10+ years of experience in business analysis, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
Proven experience with Dynamics 365 implementations and API integration projects.
