Your duties:- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives- Oversee day-to-day operations of the organization and ensure efficient and effective functioning- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and mentorship- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance- Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for cost-saving measures- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company #39;s market presence- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetingsYour qualifications:- Bachelor #39;s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field; Master #39;s degree preferred- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Managing Director or similar position- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving organizational goals- Proven track record in business development and driving revenue growth- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Knowledge of industry trends and best practicesAs the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the organization. Your leadership skills will be crucial in driving the company #39;s growth and success.
